MINDSHIFT for Coaches is an immersive, cohort-based, 6-month journey of vertical development designed to decode, challenge, and rewire the thought patterns and hidden biases that limit you.
What makes this program different?
Rooted in cutting-edge research and refined through decades of coaching senior leaders and practitioners, our stepwise MINDSHIFT process guides you through a deeply experiential journey—challenging long-held assumptions, revealing hidden mental models, and expanding your ways of meaning making. Ultimately, you’ll emerge with the deep presence and inner capacity needed to guide others through a similar journey of profound, sustainable change.
A Repeatable Pathway
MINDSHIFT is our 5-phase method of transformation coaching. Rooted in the groundbreaking insights of Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, strengthened by the latest neuroscience, and refined with leaders across industries, our model brings clarity and structure to the process of change. During the program, you work through 12 pivotal MINDSHIFT exercises, each one designed to grow your capacity to truly hold object that which once held you subject. Through this deep reflection, you’ll cultivate the presence and skill required to help your clients step into their most powerful breakthroughs.

When you enroll in our program, you enter a high-trust circle of coaches committed to deepening their personal growth and honing their coaching craft. Within this confidential environment, you exchange insights, challenge assumptions, and help each other stretch toward new levels of mastery. Anchored in radical self-honesty and strengthened by collective wisdom, the cohort becomes a crucible for transformation. You forge lasting relationships, strengthen your coaching presence, and embody the mastery required to help clients step into profound change.
Firsthand Experience
You are thoughtfully paired with 2 other participants to form a dedicated learning pod. Here, you experience vertical development firsthand. As a participant, you take the tools inward, practicing the deep self-work required for real transformation. As a partner, you walk beside another, using structured exercises and questions to help them chart their own breakthrough. This dual perspective—living the process yourself while supporting another through it—builds presence, sharpens coaching instinct, and equips you to guide clients with greater confidence, clarity, and depth.

01: MAPPING THE INNER GAME
You start by systematically deepening your self-awareness. Digging deep into your subconscious through targeted exercises, you map your inner game, thus laying the foundation for true change.

Define a meaningful improvement goal based on real feedback and assessments.
Surface the mental models and thought patterns that are blocking you from where you want to go and who you want to be.
Harness the power of Creative Tension to propel your change journey.
Identify the conditions that trigger your reactive tendencies and habits of mind.
Create an “Inner Game Map,” a powerful visual that captures the mental models driving your behavior.

02: CHANGING THE INNER GAME
You move beyond insight and into transformation. With your Inner Game Map as a guide, you challenge long-held beliefs, prototype new ways of thinking, and scaffold the mindset required to reach your highest potential. By the end of the journey, you’ll have done the deep self-work needed to unlock your true, transformational coaching presence.
