MINDSHIFT is our proprietary, 5-phase roadmap to breakthrough leadership. Clear, practical, and field-tested, it equips you with the tools you need to decode, challenge, and rewire the thought patterns and hidden biases that limit you. Ultimately, you’ll lead with greater clarity, resilience, and impact.
The Model
We built the MINDSHIFT model by integrating the pioneering work of Harvard researchers Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey with key findings from neuroscience and rigorously optimizing the emerging process on hundreds of corporate leaders across a variety of industries.
Phase 01. Define Stretch
You start by naming the next level of performance you’re aiming for. Like your own personal business strategist, we grasp the context in which you operate, gather 360-degree feedback from stakeholders, and take stock of the impact you aspire to have. Whether you arrive with clarity or not, we help you target a bold stretch goal: the kind that’s not just a step forward, but a genuine game-changer.
Phase 02. Map Mindset
To go higher, we must go deeper. During this phase, you drill down beneath the behaviors that are limiting your leadership effectiveness to uncover the hidden drivers motivating those behaviors. You’ll surface your inner playbook: the ingrained beliefs, assumptions, and mental models that you’ve adopted over a lifetime of success. Some still serve you. We target only those that are holding you back.
Phase 03. Grow Awareness
Now you begin rewiring your neural pathways. Through targeted mental exercises and by focusing on the people and issues that matter most, you practice disrupting outdated beliefs, loosening the grip of your old playbook, and growing your leadership presence. You sharpen real-time awareness of how limiting patterns show up—and start seeding the mindset required for bold, next-level leadership.
Phase 04. Launch Experiments
Transformation gets real. Through a cycle of action, reflection, and focused coaching, you run bold leadership experiments to prototype new ways of leading in high-stakes moments. You grow the ability to stop the behaviors that undercut performance, challenge the old mindset, and choose to lead in alignment with the leader you’re becoming. This is not hypothetical. This is recalibration in action.
Phase 05. Create New Habits
You’ve upgraded your inner playbook. You’ve rewired the core of your leadership. Now, and through several key research-backed practices, you anchor your new habits of mind and action to continue excelling beyond the life of the program. This isn’t a spike in performance - it’s a whole new operating system. When the pressure hits, you lead from instinct, clarity, and the strength of who you’ve become.
