These terms describe the discounts available for the 2026 cohort of the MINDSHIFT Program for Coaches. For enrolled participants, the signed Enrollment Agreement governs; these published terms are provided so that applicants and coaches considering the Program can see how the discounts work.

Early Enrollment Discount

Coaches who signed their Enrollment Agreement by the Early Enrollment Deadline (July 16, 2026, unless a later deadline was confirmed in writing) receive 10% off tuition and early access to the online course platform by August 31, 2026. The Early Enrollment Discount is available on any enrollment scope and payment option.

Group Discount

The Group Discount recognizes coaches who bring the Program to colleagues who have not yet applied. It is available only to participants enrolled in the Full Program (Parts 1 and 2).

How a group is formed. A group is formed at the time its members apply for the cohort, in one of two ways:

• coaches who have not yet applied for the cohort apply together and identify one another; or

• a coach — who may already have applied or enrolled — introduces colleagues who have not yet applied, and those colleagues apply.

A group may include no more than one coach who had already applied for or enrolled in the cohort when the group was formed; every other member must be a coach who had not yet applied. Coaches who applied for the cohort independently of one another cannot form a group together afterward, and a coach who has already applied cannot be added to an existing group. Withdrawing an application or enrollment and reapplying does not change a coach’s status for these purposes.

Declaring a group. Applicants name their group members, or the coach who introduced them, in their application; an introducing coach may also identify invited colleagues to MINDSHIFT in writing before those colleagues apply. Groups must be declared by the application deadline of October 1, 2026. MINDSHIFT confirms each group and its tier in writing. Each coach may belong to only one group, and confirmed groups cannot be merged, combined, or reassigned.

Determination. Whether a group qualifies, and who belongs to it, is determined by MINDSHIFT. We act reasonably and consistently, in keeping with the purpose of the Group Discount, and we may confirm a group even where a declaration was incomplete — for example, where an application omitted a referrer’s name — if we are satisfied that the introduction genuinely occurred.

Rates. Each member of a confirmed group who is enrolled in the Full Program receives:

• 15% off, for a group of 3 or 4;

• 20% off, for a group of 5; or

• 25% off, for a group of 6 or more.

Participants enrolled in Part 1 only do not receive a Group Discount and are not counted toward a group’s size. The tier is fixed by the number of group members enrolled in the Full Program when invoices are issued on October 1, 2026; a member’s later withdrawal does not change the tuition invoiced to the others.

How discounts combine

Discounts stack by simple addition. For example, a coach with the Early Enrollment Discount who is part of a confirmed group of six receives 35% off. The combined percentage applies to the tuition for the coach’s enrolled scope and payment option; for the installment option, each installment is reduced by the same percentage.

If you are introducing colleagues

We’re grateful when coaches bring the Program to their colleagues, and we want those conversations to be transparent. If you are inviting colleagues to apply as part of a group, please tell them plainly that you will receive a group discount if they enroll with you. Please also let us know at adam@wraygroup.com whom you have invited, so we can connect the group even if a form field is missed. There is no limit on the number of groups that can form, and no group affects the discount available to any other.

General

The discounts above apply to the 2026 cohort. MINDSHIFT may amend or withdraw discount and referral terms at any time for future enrollments; amendments do not affect a signed Enrollment Agreement. No discount applies to the Journey to Mastery Mentorship Program. Questions: adam@wraygroup.com.
