We built the MINDSHIFT model by integrating the pioneering work of Harvard researchers Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey with key findings from neuroscience and rigorously optimizing the emerging process on hundreds of corporate leaders across a variety of industries. An Executive Coach

The Training System

You are thoughtfully paired with a MINDSHIFT executive coach who meets with you 1:1 at 14 key points in the program.

During these sessions, the coach acts as both a thought partner and pattern disruptor. They help you assess your performance across critical dimensions of leadership, reflect on your behavior in recent real-life scenarios, uncover the beliefs and assumptions driving your behavior, and pressure-test new behaviors more in step with your leadership goal.

360-Degree Assessment

Your journey begins with the Leadership Circle Profile, one of the most comprehensive leadership assessments available. The Profile gathers performance feedback from relevant stakeholders at all levels of your organization and across a range of critical leadership dimensions. Equipped with these insights, you then set a stretch goal that represents a real game-changer.
