MINDSHIFT FOR COACHES

There are two legs to the journey

Part 01: Mapping the Inner Game

    • A commitment to engage in your own vertical development.

    • The time to invest in your development for 2 hours per week.

    • ICF has awarded 37.5 CCEs for Part 01 (23 Core Competencies; 14.5 Resource Development)

    • TOTAL: USD 3,495

    • Fees are net of applicable taxes.

    • Payment in full is required to confirm your seat.

    • Payment can be made by PayPal, eTransfer or cheque.

    • The next cohort will launch October 15, 2026.

    • Cohorts meet each Thursday for 3 months.

Part 02: Changing the Inner Game

    • A clear and compelling MINDSHIFT Map that has been vetted with the instructor.

    • A commitment to engage in your own vertical development.

    • The time to invest in your development for 2 hours per week.

    • ICF has awarded 40.0 CCEs for Part 02 (35.0 Core Competencies; 5.0 Resource Development).

    • TOTAL: USD 3,995

    • Fees are net of applicable taxes.

    • Payment in full is required to confirm your seat.

    • Payment can be made by PayPal, eTransfer or cheque.

    • The next cohort will launch January 14 2027.

    • Cohorts meet each Thursday for 3 months.

Early access to our digital platform containing MINDSHIFT exercises, instructional material and other resources.

Private Personal Coaching

A private, personal 60-minute coaching session with Alex Wray (the creator of MINDSHIFT).

Monthly Group Sessions

Three group sessions* led by Alex Wray (the creator of MINDSHIFT) and focused on topics of greatest interest to the class. Topics from previous years include:

  • Chemistry Call: Assessing whether MINDSHIFT is the right fit for your client

  • The Bridge: Transitioning from 360 Feedback (and other psychometrics) to the MINDSHIFT Exercises

  • MINDSHIFT & Leaders: Describing vertical development to your coaching clients

*The first session will be held in mid-May.
