We built the MINDSHIFT model by integrating the pioneering work of Harvard researchers Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey with key findings from neuroscience and rigorously optimizing the emerging process on hundreds of corporate leaders across a variety of industries.

You’ve upgraded your inner playbook. You’ve rewired the core of your leadership. Now, you anchor these shifts through rigor and research-backed practices to sustain them long after the program ends. You design mechanisms to reinforce your new mindset, continue heightening your conscious awareness, and keep excelling—individually and collectively. This isn’t a spike in performance—it’s a whole new operating system. When the pressure hits, you lead from instinct, clarity, and the strength of who you’ve become.

4. LAUNCH EXPERIMENTS

Transformation gets real. Through a cycle of action, reflection, and focused coaching, you run bold “leadership experiments” to prototype new ways of leading in high-stakes moments. You build the mental muscle to Stop–Challenge–Choose: Stop the behaviors that limit performance, Challenge the old mindset, and Choose to lead in alignment with the leader you’re becoming.
